In 2020, I started my holistic nutrition business. When I began working with clients, I noticed that many women I worked with had something in common.
They were all unhappy with their weight and how they felt in their body. I recommend foods for people to eat for their well-being, but if they still have a negative body image, nothing will change.
Even if they reach their goal weight, they'll still want to fix something else about themselves. I know this because for most of my life, I was that person, and I have worked extensively on my healing around that.
