Hey love! I’m ChiChi, a certified Nutritionist, and Body & Nutrition Empowerment Coach. In 2020, I started my holistic nutrition business.
Since I can remember, I have always struggled with my body image, weight, and relationship with food.
I would overeat or didn't know what to eat. The question "What exactly is right for my body?" was always on my mind.
So I wanted to learn about holistic nutrition and what foods we could eat to optimize our well-being.
After leaving my Tech job in 2020, I started the holistic nutrition business and helped women who struggled with food.
When I started working with clients, I noticed that many women I worked with had something in common.
They were all unhappy with their weight. I can tell a woman what foods to eat for their well-being, but if they still have a negative body image, nothing will change.
They're still going to want to change themselves. I have been that person before, and I had done my healing work around that.
I wanted to know beyond using food to optimize our physical well-being and help women accept and love themselves with their mind, body, and spiritual well-being.
Now I've helped countless women successfully heal their body image and their relationship with food, so they can enjoy what life has to offer.
